To/Die/For

To/Die/For se formó en Kouvola, Finlandia, luego de la desintegración del grupo Mary Ann, en 1999. Poco tiempo después optaron por este nombre, que les ha dado reconocimiento en diferentes países. Su primera grabación, All Eternity, la obtuvieron con Spinefarm Records en ese mismo año y durante cuatro años se mantuvieron en el gusto de la gente que gusta del metal, grabando un segundo álbum, Epilogue. Poco tiempo después, en 2003 la alineación sufrió aglunos cambios, sin embargo esto no desanimo a Jape Perätalo (vocalista) para continuar con el proyecto. Un año después, en 2004, grabaron su tercera producción, Jaded.A finales del mismo año entraron al estudio para producir su cuarto disco y más reciente, IV, mismo que vio la luz a principios de 2005
